We are excited to offer the Pillar Implant as an effective treatment for snoring and mild obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). The Pillar Procedure is a simple treatment that can be performed in a single short office visit with minimal discomfort and rapid return to full activity. It can be used as a stand alone procedure or in combination with other treatments and lifestyle changes to help patients stop snoring.
“The Pillar Implant is an elegant solution to the noise created by soft palatal vibration during sleep. Patients appreciate the rapid return to normal lifestyle the day following the procedure. We appreciate the simple effectiveness of the technique without the discomfort of previously employed surgical solutions or continued use of an oral appliance to prevent palatal vibration.”
